Спостерігач ОПОРИ у 88-му виборчому окрузі повідомляє, що на дільниці № 261013 члени ДВК вносять дані у протоколи про підрахунок голосів під час проведення голосування.

У протоколи члени вносили дані про номер та адресу дільниці, кількість виборців, перелік кандидатів-мажоритарників та перелік членів ДВК.

“Такими діями члени ДВК порушули вимоги ч.1 статті 91 ЗУ “Про вибори народних депутатів України” про те, що ДВК складає протокол про підрахунок голосів на своєму засіданні після закінчення процедури голосування”, - прокоментував Іван Маруняк, координатор ОПОРИ на Івано-Франківщині.

Спостерігач склала акт про зафіксоване порушення та скаргу на дії членів ДВК.
