48-річний мешканець Калуша на дільниці отримав три виборчі бюлетені. Перебуваючи у кабінці для голосування, два з них заховав у сумці. Третій бюлетень чоловік вкинув в урну та відразу ж вийшов з дільниці.

Вже на вулиці його зупинив міліціонер, який ніс службу на цій дільниці. Під час розмови з правоохоронцем чоловік вийняв бюлетені та розірвав їх, повідомляє СГЗ УМВС України в Івано-Франківській області.

Відомості за цим фактом внесено до Єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань за ознаками кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого ч.1 ст.158-1 Кримінального кодексу України (Незаконне використання виборчогобюлетеня, бюлетеня для голосування на референдумі, голосуваннявиборцем, учасником референдуму більше ніж один раз). Такі дії караються штрафом від ста до трьохсот неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян або виправними роботами на строк до двох років, або обмеженням волі на строк до трьох років.

Слідство з’ясовує, з якою метою підозрюваний виніс з дільниці виборчі бюлетені.
