Сегодня в 201-й объединенной территориальной громаде проходят выборы глав и депутатов. Ажиотаж вокруг этих выборов небывалый – минимум по 4 кандидата, максимум – 7 на место. Этому есть объяснение. Во-первых, огромные средства из районных бюджетов передаются в громады и громады ими распоряжаются так, как депутаты скажут. Во-вторых, ОТГ имеют право учреждать предприятия и привлекать иностранные инвестиции. Громада, созданная из десятка сел имеет право выходить на международные корпорации и правительства других стран и вместе с ними создавать совместные предприятия. Об этом в своем блоге пишет украинский блоге Павло Правый.

В-третьих, государство из бюджета предоставляет ОТГ финансовую помощь. Речь идет о миллионах. На эти деньги громада осуществляет собственные социальные и инфраструктурные проекты от ремонта дорог и школ до запуска автобусных маршрутов хоть в Вашингтон. В-четвертых, в Верховной Раде лежит законопроект правительства, согласно которому громадам передаются в собственность все государственные земли, расположенные на их территории и только громады имеют право ими распоряжаться: продавать, покупать, отдавать в аренду, в том числе под создание промышленных предприятий, агрохолдингов и тому подобное.

По словам блогера, этими выборами и вообще реформой децентрализации можно передать отдельный привет всем, кто верит рассказам Юли Тимошенко о диктатуре Порошенко и концентрацию ним в своих руках власти и денег. Стоит посмотреть только на ОТГ. Десятки миллиардов уже туда пошло.
