За словами члена окружної виборчої комісії Олександра Модленка, 18 липня 2016 р. під час підрахунку голосів представники окружної комісії № 114 надали неправильну інформацію в ЦВК щодо явки виборців у день голосування, зробивши помилку близько на 21%.

«Помилка, найвірогідніше, сталася з вини системного адміністратора. Однак не зрозуміло, свідомо чи не свідомо це було зроблено. Явка виборців в 114 окрузі складає приблизно 42%, а не 63,41%. Ці дані системний адміністратор вніс в систему «Вибори» з помилкою. Поки що я не бачу бажання керівництва окружної комісії виправляти цю помилку», – повідомив громадських спостерігачів ОПОРИ Олександр Модленко.

Секретар комісії Олена Бородавко та голова комісії Андрій Недяк наразі відмовляються коментувати ситуацію.
