Служба безпеки України затримала на хабарі голову територіальної виборчоїкомісії одного з районів Чернігівської області.
Посадовець користувався тим, що у керівників виборчих штабів окремихполітичних сил виникли проблем з набором потрібної кількості офіційнихспостерігачів. Зловмисник сприяв у поданні до виборчої комісії заяв про реєстраціюспостерігачів на майбутніх місцевих виборах. Свої «послуги» він оцінював у 5 тисячгривень.
Співробітники Управління СБ України у Чернігівській області затрималихабарника після одержання незаконної винагороди в 3 900 гривень від заступника начальника районного штабу однієї з політичних партій.
Відповідно до відкритого кримінального провадження за ст. 368 (одержання неправомірної вигоди службовою особою) Кримінального кодексу України тривають невідкладні слідчі дії.
