Истец указывает, что последние несколько лет стал ощущать зависимость от ежедневного просмотра передач, которые показывают на российских каналах

Житель Москвы Роман Масленников подал в суд на ФГУП ТТЦ "Останкино" из-за "отупления населения" программами, которые оно выпускает в эфир. Об этом сообщает РИА Новости со ссылкой на истца.

В иске он указывает, что последние несколько лет стал ощущать зависимость от ежедневного просмотра передач, которые показывают на российских каналах.

"Если я в день не смотрю телевизор хотя бы 30 минут, мое настроение резко ухудшается, снижается аппетит и тем самым нарушается обмен веществ во всем организме", — указывает истец.

После этого, указывает Масленников, он стал смотреть телевизор каждый день минимум по два часа и за шесть месяцев отметил, что уровень его интеллекта значительно упал, резко ухудшилась память, а также заметил, что не может вспомнить, что делал на днях.
Истец подчеркнул, что получил "ухудшение умственного здоровья", а его мыслительные процессы затормозились из-за избыточной информации, которая транслируется телевизором в виде рекламы, телешоу, новостей, сериалов.

Масленников требует от телецентра возместить ему моральный ущерб в размере 987,6 тыс. руб., а также проинформировать всех зрителей о причинении вреда здоровью посредством просмотра телевизионных передач.
