Официальный представитель Следственного комитета РФ Владимир Маркин заявил, что СБУ якобы собралась требовать от США выдачи сооснователя Google, родившегося в Москве Сергея Брина.

Об этом спикер зачастую используемого Кремлем в политических целях правоохранительного органа написал у себя в твиттере.

Маркин заявил, что украинская спецслужба якобы обвинила Брина в "кремлевской пропаганде" и "унижении национального достоинства". Российский чиновник также приписал Киеву планы по аресту счетов крупнейшего поисковика.

Представитель СКР сослался на новость о том, что Google-переводчик переводит фразы с украинского на русский созвучно кремлевской риторике. Как пример приводится выражение Революція гідності (Революция достоинства), которое сервис переводит как Политический кризис на Украине.
