Московський Червоний Хрест звернувся до суду з вимогою стягнути з українських та американських ЗМІ 170 млн рублів за позовом про захист честі і гідності.

Про це повідомляється на сайті  Московського відділення Російського Червоного Хреста.

За його словами, приводом для позову послужили публікації низки ЗМІ, в яких вони спотворили матеріали прес-конференції від 25 грудня про те, як "гуманітарний конвой" Московського Червоного Хреста привіз допомогу до Луганська.

"На основі зібраних доказів та проведеної лінгвістичної експертизи ми подаємо позов про захист честі, гідності та ділової репутації в Савеловський суд Москви", - сказав представник Червоного Хреста.

Трунов повідомив, що звернувся в Слідчий комітет Росії із заявою про порушення кримінальної справи за ч.2 ст. 280 (публічні заклики до здійснення екстремістської діяльності), ч. 2 ст. 128.1 (наклеп) і ст. 319 Кримінального кодексу РФ (образа представника влади).

"Також ми подали заяву Генеральному прокурору РФ, заяву в Роскомнадзор про обмеження доступу в інтернеті до екстремістських ресурсів зазначених американських та українських ЗМІ", - зазначив він.

Повний перелік іноземних ЗМІ, до яких у московського Червоного Хреста виникли претензії, оприлюднений в позовній заяві, розміщеній на сайті організації.
