Московский городской суд в среду удовлетворил апелляционную жалобу жителя Екатеринбурга Антона Буркова на решение Замоскворецкого суда Москвы, отклонившего его иск к компании Google о нарушении тайны переписки, сообщили ТАСС в пресс-службе суда.

"Мосгорсуд отменил решение суда первой инстанции и вынес новое определении о взыскании с Google компенсации в размере 50 тысяч рублей", - сказал собеседник агентства.

21 апреля Замоскворецкий суд Москвы отказал Буркову в удовлетворении его иска о запрете ответчику - компании Google - читать его личную корреспонденцию и взыскании с него компенсации морального вреда в размере 50 тысяч рублей.

Как ранее пояснил сам истец, он убежден, что робот Google читает его переписку. "Я обнаружил это совершенно случайно, с правой стороны всех моих писем я увидел рекламу и понял, что она содержит данные из моих писем. То есть, их роботы запрограммированы так, чтобы собирать информацию о пользователях и выдавать контекстную рекламу", - сказал Бурков.
