Міністерство юстиції нарешті отримало повний пакет документів від уповноваженої особи партії «Рух нових сил»

Міністерство юстиції зареєструвало нову назву партії Міхеіла Саакашвілі і додало ім’я політика.

«Міністерство юстиції отримало повний пакет документів від уповноваженої особи партії «Рух нових сил» та, відповідно до чинного законодавства, провело реєстрацію зміни назви політичної сили на «Рух нових сил Михайла Саакашвілі», - повідомляють у відомстві.

Раніше активісти разом із Саакашвілі вимагали від міністерства зареєструвати нову назву партії.

Тоді Мін’юст не зареєстрував нову назву партії пояснюючи відмову тим, що відомству не надали повний пакет документів згідно до вимог законодаства. Зокрема, Саакашвілі не дав письмової згоди міністерству на використання свого імені в назві партії.

Міністр юстиції Павло Петренко порадив представникам політсили подати документи у встановленому порядку, щоб затвердити відповідні зміни.
