Фракція "Свободи" вимагає від Мін'юсту подати позови про заборону діяльності Партії регіонів, Прогресивної соціалістичної партії та "Українського вибору" Віктора Медведчука, повидомляє "Українська Правда".

Про це повідомив на засіданні погоджувальної ради в понеділок член фракції "Свобода" Олексій Кайда.

Він нагадав, що Мін'юст уже подав відповідний позов щодо Комуністичної патії.

"Ми вимагаємо зініціювати позов про заборону Партії регіонів, Українського вибору та Прогресивної соціалістичної партії як організацій, які підтримують дії сепаратистів і агресора", - сказав Кайда.

Депутат також нагадав, що два тижні тому "Свобода" зверталася до Генпрокуратури з проханням зробити подання щодо зняття депутатської недоторканності з депутатів Сергія Бройка та Бориса Дейча, "які публічно висловили підтримку російської анексії Криму".

"Те ж саме стосується і лідера фракції ПР Олександра Єфремова. Також необхідно позбавити недоторканності віце-спікера Калетника та депутата від ПР Володимира Олійника, як організаторів прийняття "диктаторських" законів 16 січня", - вважає Кайда.

Крім того, за словами Кайди фракція вимагає від президента невідклано внести на розгляд ВР указ про запровадження режиму воєнного стану на території Донецької, Луганської областей, а також ухвалити низку звернень до міжнародних інституцій щодо надання прямої військової допомоги Україні.

У свою чергу лідер фракції "Батьківщина" Сергій Соболєв підтримав колег зі "Свободи" у питанні запровадження воєнного стану.
