Слова канцлера ФРН Ангели Меркель довели до сліз палестинську дівчинку в ході дискусії в одній зі шкіл міста Росток.

Меркель, вислухавши відверту промову дівчинки з Лівану, чиїх батьків мало не депортували, сухо роз'яснила їй, чому, німецька влада не в змозі приймати всіх приїжджих, і що дівчинці, можливо, теж доведеться змиритися з депортацією, як і тисячам інших претендентів статусу біженця, пише Корреспондент.

Дівчинка на ім'я Реєм, розповіла Меркель, що її сім'я живе в Німеччині вже чотири роки. Вона повідомила, що за цей час їй вдалося вивчити німецьку та англійську мови.

"Я все розумію, але політика - складна річ. Тим більше, коли ви стоїте переді мною, така приємна людина. Але в палестинських таборах для біженців у Лівані перебувають тисячі і тисячі, і ми не можемо дозволити їм усім приїхати", - відповіла Меркель . Після цих слів дівчинка розплакалася.

Ангела Меркель, раптово змінивши тон і проявивши нехарактерну для себе, принаймні на публіці, м'якість, "залізна фрау" підійшла до своєї співрозмовниці і спробувала заспокоїти, поклавши руку на плече.

Настільки незручна ситуація стала предметом обговорень в соціальних мережах. Користувачі інтернету вважають, що канцлеру слід було відмовитися від настільки "холодних" міркувань на тему міграційної політики і спробувати піти від такої серйозної відповіді.
