Мер Риги Ніл Ушаков опублікував карикатуру на Центр державної мови Латвії, який оштрафувала його за використання російської мови в записах Ризької думи в соцмережах

Про це Ушаков написав на своїй сторінці в соціальній мережі Facebook.

"Присвячується Центру державної мови, який вважає, що самоврядування не може спілкуватися зі своїми жителями в Facebook російською мовою", - написав він у своєму акаунті.

До запису він додав карикатуру, на якій зображений ряд черепів з підписами різних національностей. Замикає його найменший череп з написом "Центр державної мови".
