Председатель правительства России Дмитрий Медведев подписал постановление о запрете закупок иностранного программного обеспечения для государственных и муниципальных нужд. В сообщении, обнародованном на сайте правительства РФ в пятницу, 20 ноября, заказчикам предписывается закупать только российский софт, сообщает DW

Исключения допускаются лишь в тех случаях, когда ПО с необходимыми функциональными, техническими и (или) эксплуатационными характеристиками в России отсутствует. При этом потребность в соответствующем иностранном софте необходимо обосновывать в порядке, предусмотренном федеральным законом.

Локализация иностранного софта

Между тем немецкие IT-компании начали обсуждать с Минэкономики РФ возможность продажи госструктурам иностранного софта, производство которого будет частично перенесено в Россию. Об этом сообщает газета "Коммерсант" со ссылкой на информированные источники.

Как сообщает издание, глава Минэкономики России Алексей Улюкаев на минувшей неделе обсуждал эту тему с предпринимателями из федеральной земли Баден-Вюртемберг. Представители Минкомсвязи РФ были приглашены на эту встречу, но не присутствовали.

Российские и иностранные разработчики софта пока не могут найти общего подхода, поскольку российские компании опасаются, что локализация будет способствовать еще большему укреплению продаж иностранного ПО. Только SAP в 2014 году поставила софт для российского госсектора на 5,6 млрд рублей.
