Первая украинская радио группа Андрея Карпия стала собственником радио Блик (Коммуникационное агентство Сумма Технологий, Харьков). Об этом ЛІГА.net стало известно в ходе заседания Национального совета по вопросам ТВ и радиовещания 10 декабря. 

Регулятор переоформил радио Блик FM-лицензию в Виннице,Артемовске, Новом Буге, Кременчуге, Новой Каховке, Чемеривцах и Умани.

Ранее радио принадлежало Денису Окуневу. Он был временным собственником. До Окунева радиостанция де-юре принадлежала некой Людмиле Череповецкой. Но профильное издание Телекритика связывало Блик с Украинским медиа холдингом Сергея Курченко.

Формат вещания радио Блик тоже несколько изменился: был информационно-музыкальным, стал информационного-развлекательным. Теперь только 33% контента будет приходиться на собственное производство радиостанции. Как рассказал Карпий, на радио будут звучать также программы Перец FM. Это флагманская радиостанция Первой украинской радио группы. Условия сделки с предыдущими владельцами он разглашать не стал. 

Как рассказал один из бывших руководителей радио Блик, в ближайшее время радио-группа Карпия может завершить еще одну сделку -  выкупить областную радиостанцию. Ее название он отказался уточнить.
