Когда включаются новости на региональных каналах, национальным нужно забыть о своих рейтингах. Об этом PRпорталу заявил управляющий партнер медиа-агентства Seemus Media SH Леонид Щукин.
По его словам, на региональном уровне (кроме Киева) люди предпочитают смотреть новости местного производства. Устойчивость этой тенденции просматривается с 14-го года, тогда как рейтинги телесмотрения национальных телеканалов практически не изменились. Такое положение дел сделало более эффективным и соответственно привлекательным размещение рекламы в прайм-тайм на региональных телеканалах страны. «Фактически, местные телеканалы являются лидерами, а не центральные. Но экономически невыгодные подходы по рейтингованию и исскуственная монополизация рынка телерекламы привела к перекосам. От этого прежде всего страдают сами региональные телеканалы и рекламодатель, так как переплачивает больше», - подытожил Леонид Щукин.
