McDonald's представил новинку на шведском рынке. 3500 очков виртуальной реальности, получивших название Happy Goggles, будут продаваться в 14 ресторанах сети в период с 5 по 12 марта. Их цена составит примерно $4,10, пишет adindex.ru
 

Чтобы превратить привычные красные коробки от Happy Meal в VR-очки, нужно просто сложить картон по перфорированным линиям, вставить прилагаемые к каждому комплекту специальные линзы. А вот смартфон понадобится личный, что вряд ли является проблемой, ведь в наше время у многих детей есть персональный телефон.

 
Акция приурочена к шведским Sportlov – небольшим каникулам, во время которых многие семьи едут кататься на лыжах. Вдохновленные этим событием маркетологи McDonald's представили мобильную игру Slope Stars («Звезда склона»), в которую можно играть как в очках, так и без них.

Агентство DDB Stockholm разработало стратегию кампании, North Kingdom Stockholm создало игру, а Prime занималось продвижением. Как рассказал AdFreak директор по маркетингу McDonald's в Швеции Джефф Джекетт, в компании считают, что акция поможет членам семей сблизиться, и позволит родителям лучше узнать детей.
