Кандидат на пост президента Франції Марін Ле Пен заявила, що відійде від керівництва партією "Національний фронт", щоб зосередитися на другому турі президентських виборів.

Про це пише Українська правда з посиланням на  BBC.

"Сьогодні ввечері я вирішила піти з поста президента "Національного фронту", - сказала кандидат в президенти в ефірі телеканалу France 2. Вона пояснила це бажанням бути "вище партійних інтересів".

"Я завжди вважала, - сказала Ле Пен, - що президент республіки є президентом усіх французів. Тепер потрібно переходити від слів до справи", - пояснила вона.

Незважаючи на результати опитувань, згідно з якими кандидат у президенти Франції екс-міністр економіки Еммануель Макрон має більші шанси перемогти у другому турі виборів, Ле Пен заявила про впевненість у власній перемозі.

"Ми можемо перемогти. І ми переможемо", - резюмувала вона.

Як відомо, лідер партії "Національний фронт" Марін Ле Пен і екс-міністр економіки Еммануель Макрон  проходять до другого туру президентських виборів у Франції. Макрон отримав  24,01% голосів виборців. голосів, Ле Пен - 21,30%.

Другий тур виборів у Франції відбудеться 7 травня.
