Президент Франції Еммануель Макрон (Emmanuel Macron) заявив про зниження інтенсивності російської пропаганди.
 
 

Про це він сказав в інтерв’ю виданню Journal du dimanche пише Media Sapiens

«Російська пропаганда зменшилась у своїй інтенсивності і наш щирий діалог щодо Сирії допоміг донести до сирійського режиму певні повідомлення», – вважає пан Макрон.

За два тижні до свого візиту до Москви очільник Франції заявив про бажання будувати конструктивні відносини з РФ, проте «без жодної наївності». 

«Ми повинні будувати культурні, наукові, геополітичні зв’язки з Росією, щоб боротися з міжнародними викликами, які зачіпають усіх нас», – зазначив він.

Еммануель Макрон додав, що вожночас буде непоступливим щодо ентризму (введення однією політичною силою своїх людей до іншої з метою просування своїх інтересів. –MS) та спроб втручання. За його словами, Франція їх не дозволить.

Нагадаємо, в лютому у Франції представили законопроект про шляхи боротьби протидію фейковим новинам. Його на початку року анонсував Еммануель Макрон, заявивши, що фейки навмисно розмивають лінію між істиною та брехнею, підривають віру людей у ліберальну демократію.

Документ зокрема пропонує, аби суд, в разі виявлення фейкових новин у французьких медіа, припиняв їх роботу за прискореною процедурою. Міністерка культури Франції Франсуаза Ніссен (Françoise Nyssen) також зазначала, що новий закон «захистить від ризику приватної цензури, якщо ЗМІ діятимуть відповідно до власних правил».
