Згідно з повідомленням видання, урочиста церемонія вручення нагороди відбудеться 9 грудня в Нью-Йорку.

"Мадонна - одна з дуже небагатьох супер-артистів, чий вплив і кар'єра виходять за межі музики. Крім цього, видання акцентує, що гастрольний тур Мадонни "Rebel Heart", який завершився в березні, став одним з наймасштабніших в історії, на якому було продано більше мільйона квитків, і збори склали 170 млн доларів. "Це робить Мадонну однією з дорогих артисток", - йдеться в повідомленні.

Також наголошується, що Мадонна є співачкою, чиї записи продаються дуже добре, а її пісні і альбоми багаторазово очолювали авторитетні музичні чарти.
