Генеральный прокурор Юрий Луценко вернул в Специализированную антикоррупционную прокуратуру на доработку представления на снятие депутатской неприкосновенности с нардепа от РПЛ Андрея Лозового и Евгения Дейдея ("Народный фронт")

Об этом на своей странице в Facebook сообщила пресс-секретарь Луценко Лариса Сарган, информирует "ДС".

"Представления на нардепов А.Лозового и Е. Дейдея Генпрокурор Юрий Луценко вернул в Специализированную антикоррупционную прокуратуру на доработку", - сообщила Сарган.

При этом она заявила, что представление на третьего нардепа Геннадия Бобова (депутатская группа "Партия "Видродження") решено направить в Верховную Раду.

"Изучив материалы трех представлений на народных депутатов в части фактажа, сегодня было принято решение направить в Верховную Раду представление на снятие депутатской неприкосновенности с народного депутата Геннадия Бобова", - сообщила пресс-секретарь Луценко.
