Кандидат в мэры Павлограда от партии "УКРОП" Евгений Терехов, попавший в воскресенье утром в ДТП, значительно превысил скорость движения.

Так, в распоряжение сайта Буква попало фото водительского удостоверения Терехова. Как выяснилось, он его получил всего лишь 2 недели назад.

Согласно разделу 12.6 (пункт б) Правил дорожного движения, вне населенных пунктов на всех дорогах (в том числе и тех, которые проходят через населенные пункты) для водителей, чей стаж составляет менее 2 лет, разрешается движение со скоростью не более 70 км/ч.

Терехов же мчался на скорости около 120-130 км/ч, о чем сам рассказал в телефонном комментарии телеканалу "112 Украина".

"Я могу сказать, что мне никто не давал дышать в трубку на месте ДТП. Не было у меня скорости до 200 км. И никаких денег в машине не было - там были личные вещи человека, который давал мне машину, и мои личные. Но никаких пачек денег там не было. Я ехал примерно 120-130 км/ч по трассе. Шел по прямой на обгон по левой стороне, а по правой стороне ехал (грузовик) "АТБ", а за ним - (грузовик) "Бруснички". Когда я начала двигаться на обгон, "Брусничка" резко уходит влево на мою (машину), я - по тормозам. И меня "выводит" ровно под колеса "АТБ". То, что случайно "АТБ" и "Брусничка" вместе оказались - не думаю. Предположения разные могут быть", - сообщил он.
