КВУ фіксує низку порушень під час виборчої кампанії в Харкові, що дає підстави відносити вже зараз місто до гарячих точок на виборах, які потребують особливого контролю.

Про це заявив голова КВУ Олександр Кошель під час круглого столу, повідомляє Еспресо.ТБ

Експерт відзначає використання адміністративного ресурсу партією "Відродження" та мером Геннадієм Кернесом.

"Партія "Відродження" має монопольне право використання реклами на транспорті, що заборонено законодавства. Навіть є випадки, коли на окремих вулицях знімається державна символіка, щоб розмістити чергові агітаційні матеріали від цієї політичної партії. Громадський транспорт – повністю монополія цієї політичної партії, станції метрополітену - повністю монополія цієї політичної партії", - заявив Кошель.

Експерт наголошує, що відповідно до чинного законодавства сьогодні є заборона на реклами у транспорті, зокрема, і ззовні і всередині.

Другою серйозною проблемою в Харкові Кошель називає криміналізацію виборчого процесу. Так, серед фактів, які свідчать про криміналізацію, експерт відзначає побиття одного з зареєстрованих кандидатів.

КВУ закликає ВР провести позачергове засідання, присвячене питанню внесення змін до законодавства щодо врегулювання питання підкупу виборців, адміністративного ресурсу і відповідальності за порушення правил агітації.
