На ринку реклами житла важко знайти креативне рішення. PRпортал повідомляв, що креативщики то знижку під стрижку зашифрують,  то порівняють клієнта із собакою, якій пропонують купити не квартиру а будку, то порівнють квартиру малого метража з жіночими грудьми нульового розміру або ж зобразять двоголову кішку.  

Будівельна група "Фундамент" змогла зацікавити простим рішенням. Вони розмістили рекламу із звичайним текстом в котрий вмонтували іконки, тобто симовли емодзі, котрі є у будь-якому смартфоні. В результаті вийшов оригінальний текст: "ніщо так не зміцнює ШЛЮБ як квартира на Ревуцького".

В іншій рекламі сказано, що  "в гостях добре, а на Ревуцького (тобто, вдома, - Ред) краще".

  

Втім, кожен може запропонувати власну версію. У будь-якому  випадку креативщики досягли головного: вони привернули увагу до цієї реклами та об'єкту котрий рекламується
