К 1 апреля 2015 года власти Крыма планируют завершить работу по выявлению и блокированию интернет-сайтов, содержащих «террористические и экстремистские материалы», а также подобрать специалистов для «адресного профилактического воздействия» на несогласных,сообщает «Крым.Реалии».
Это прописано в плане мероприятий «по разъяснению сущности терроризма и его общественной опасности, формированию стойкого неприятия обществом, прежде всего молодежью, идеологии терроризма в различных ее проявлениях», который входит в приложение к Указу Главы Республики Крым от «30» января 2015 года № 26-У.
Квалифицированные специалисты (коллективы) должны будут оказывать «адресное профилактического воздействия на лиц, наиболее подверженных или уже попавших под воздействие идеологии терроризма».
К этому же сроку должна быть завершена разработка методических рекомендаций о порядке действий органов государственной власти Республики Крым, физических и юридических лиц по документированию фактов распространения деструктивных идей и идеологии терроризма в сети «Интернет» и по их передаче в правоохранительные органы.
