Американская компания намерена предъявить иск к российскому государственному телеканалу - за использование и тенденциозное искажение рекламного материала,пишет Радио Свобода. В программе"Специальный корреспондент" телеканала "Россия-1", вышедшей в эфир 28 ноября, использовался видеоматериал с изображением обнажённых мужчин - в то время, как в оригинале данного видеоролика использовалось изображение монстр-трака. При этом в кадре российского эфира звучал вопрос: "должна ли детская комната выглядеть таким образом?"
Компания Fathead, специализирующаяся на выпуске спортивных и развлекательных переводных картинок, чьи интересы и авторские права были нарушены в российской телевизионной передаче, заявила, что не потерпит нарушений, допущенных в отношении её материалов и будет законными средствами добиваться наказания виновных. В компании считают, что включение в рекламный продукт иного изображения - вместо оригинального - было намеренным, чтобы акцентировать "аморальность" западных ценностей, особенно в области воспитания детей.
