Бывший командир 93-й бригады Вооруженных Сил Украины Олег Микац зарегистрирован кандидатом в депутаты Верховной Рады по мажоритарному округу №205 в Чернигове.

Напомним, бригада Микаца несколько месяцев геройски удерживала донецкий аэропорт. В апреле Микац пошел на повышение, возглавив гвардейский учебный центр Сухопутных войск ВСУ в Десне Черниговской области. Он родился 23 октября 1975 года в селе Наталовка Новоград-Волынского района Житомирской области. Образование высшее, беспартийный, судимость отсутствует.

Выборы в 205 округе назначены в связи с досрочным прекращением депутатских полномочий Валерия Кулича, который 31 марта был назначен председателем Черниговской областной государственной администрации. Голосование пройдет 26 июля.

Срок подачи документов кандидатами в Центризбирком истек 25 июня, завершится регистрация 30 июня. Уже зарегистрированы 90 кандидатов - наибольшее число за всю историю выборов в мажоритарных округах.

Основными претендентами на победу в округе считаются бывший замгубернатора Днепропетровской области Геннадий Корбан и глава Госуправления делами Сергей Березенко.
