Київ став першим містом в Україні, де було запущено пілотну версію онлайн-порталу "Відкритий бюджет", який містить детальний і всебічний аналіз доходів і витрат муніципального бюджету.

Про це мер Києва Віталій Кличко заявив під час презентації електронного бюджету столиці, повідомляє кореспондент Укрінформу.

"З сьогоднішнього дня бюджет Києва відкритий, і кожен киянин може контролювати київську владу і всі процеси, які проходять у місті", - сказав Кличко.

За його словами, з сьогоднішнього дня Київ приєднався до списку інноваційних міст світу. "Це єдина така система в Україні, і місто Київ реалізує дану систему, і можна так сказати, що Київ перше "розумне" місто в Україні", - наголосив він.

На реалізацію проекту не витрачено жодної копійки з місцевого бюджету, сказав мер.

Водночас, міський голова зазначив, що проект створення "розумного" Києва допоможе забезпечити прозорість муніципального бюджету, а також ефективно  боротися з корупцією.

Кличко наголосив, що вперше за часи незалежності України громадяни зможуть отримувати в онлайн-доступі детальну інформацію про бюджет міста.

Проект "Відкритий бюджет" - частина довгострокової програми SMART City зі створення в Києві комплексу рішень для "розумного міста". Серед пріоритетних завдань - управління міською нерухомістю, електронні держпослуги для громадян, бюджетне планування.
