Двоє кандидатів у депутати на своїй сторінці у соціальній мережі Facebook опублікували заповнені бюлетені, що є порушенням законодавства.

Так, кандидат в Миколаївську обласну раду від партії «Наш Край» Гліб Головченко сфотографувався на фоні виборчого бюлетеню, на якому видно, що він проголосував за партію, від якої балотується, пише ОПОРА

Кандитат у Миколаївську міську раду від партії «Самопоміч» Дмитро Канарський також сфотографував своє волевиявлення та виклав у соцмережу.

Такі дії підпадають під порушення статті 159 Кримінального кодексу України, згідно якій  умисне порушення таємниці голосування під час проведення виборів або референдуму, що виявилося у розголошенні змісту волевиявлення громадянина, який взяв участь у виборах або референдумі, карається штрафом від ста до трьохсот неоподатковуваних мінімумів доходів громадян або виправними роботами на строк до двох років, або обмеженням волі на строк до трьох років.
