Подделать избирательные бюллетени будет невозможно, заявляет Ростислав Цирень, президент Ассоциации производителей систем опломбирования. По словам Циреня, в этом году в Украине применены самые современные технологии защиты избирательных бюллетеней. Среди новаций – пластиковые пломбы на урнах, которые за два дня до голосования получат все ОИК и ТИК,сообщает Сегодня

Этими пластиковыми пломбами будут опечатаны урны с так называемыми мокрыми бюллетенями. "Наши пломбы невозможно подделать. У каждой из них – свой уникальный номер, герб, но самое главное – они фиолетовые. мы неспроста выбрали именно этот цвет, так как его невозможно подделать. Если кто-то мне принесет пломбу такого же цвета, я ему дам приз", – заявил Цирень.

Среди новаций Ассоциации производителей систем опломбирования – и пластиковые пакеты. По словам президента Ассоциации, они имеют 8 ступеней защиты, часть из которых – секретные. В то же время Цирень уточнил, что эти пакеты имеют уникальный микрошрифт, двойной сварной шов и клапан, который не реагирует ни на нагревание, ни на охлаждение. Вместе с тем, уязвимым местом избирательного процесса и защиты бюллетеней Цирень считает сейфы, в которых до дня голосования и после будут храниться протоколы и сами бюллетени, потому что сейфы пломбируются простой бумажной наклейкой с обыкновенной мокрой печатью.
