Иностранных топ-менеджеров, работающих в российских компаниях, в том числе и с госучастием, на родине просят отказаться от работы в России. Пока публично об этом заявил лишь бывший руководитель EdF Анри Проглио, от которого Париж требовал отказаться от членства в совете директоров двух структур «Росатома» ради поста главы совета французского концерна Thales. По данным «Известий», рекомендации, а иногда и требования оставить свои посты в советах директоров и в правлении российских компаний получали еще несколько топ-менеджеров-иностранцев.

— Одному из членов набсовета Сбербанка прямо порекомендовали оставить свой пост в госбанке. Рекомендация исходила от члена парламента данного государства. Он, к слову, отказался и продолжит работу, — рассказывает источник в Сбербанке. 

С такими же просьбами обращались и к топ-менеджерам других компаний с госучастием. 

— Аргументы сводились к тому, что в условиях санкций, которые ввели ЕС и другие страны против России, работая здесь, мы якобы помогаем «режиму, который ведет войну на Украине», — говорит один из западных топ-менеджеров. По его словам, 99% иностранцев отказались от ухода из российских компаний.
