В ЄС буде створено російськомовний телеканал, який охопить всю територію Євросоюзу та транслюватиме об'єктивну інформацію про ситуацію в Україні та Росії.

Про це заявив Президент України Петро Порошенко у Військовому інституті Київського національного університету імені Тараса Шевченка, повідомляє Укрінформ.

"Можу наголосити на тому, що це зараз знаходиться серед перших пріоритетів наших партнерів в Європейському Союзі, які вже домовилися про те, що буде створений пан'європейський російськомовний канал для того, щоб російськомовні громадяни Європейського Союзу мали альтернативне джерело інформації", - сказав він.

Президент нагадав, що під час останнього візиту Генерального секретаря НАТО Єнса Столтенберга були підписані документи про стратегічні комунікації між Україною та країнами НАТО.
