Харківський художник Михайло Дяченко, який намалював бійців Антитерористичної операції та майданівців, продовжив роботу над серією.

Раніше серед героїв нашого часу були "кіборги" із донецького аеропорту, берегиня Євромайдану, студент-революціонер із Майдану. Серед "укропів" минувщини - повстанець, козак та київський князь. Роботи присвячені Україні та її героям,пише ТСН

Зауважимо, що художник частину коштів зароблених від портретів передасть волонтерам.

Нині художник презентував у Мережі ще кілька портретів із серії "Хрещені вогнем. У полум'ї": медик Майдан, стрілець "Донбасу", стрілець УПА, волонтерка та дзвонар, який бив у дзвони Михайлівського собору у часи Революції Гідності.
