Екс-глава ЮКОСа Михайло Ходорковський виступає за недоторканість президента РФ після зміни влади. 

Про це він заявив у ході спілкування з журналістами та студентами в Лондонському клубі, пише Українська правда

"Я вважаю, що правильно і гідно, коли колишній опонент - колишній президент або колишній прем'єр-міністр, будуть користуватися повною недоторканністю, як це влаштовано в нормальних країнах (у разі, якщо вони не скоять персональних злочинів)", - заявив Ходорковський.

Виняток, за словами Ходорковського, становлять кримінальні злочини.

"Вони повинні бути звільнені від відповідальності за свої дії в ході політичного життя, якщо це не були кримінальні злочини, але це має встановити суд", - сказав він.

Ходорковський також, заявив, що долю Криму мають вирішувати самі жителі півострову.

"Вирішувати питання Криму все-таки повинні жителі Криму, хоча вести переговори з Україною теж потрібно", - резюмував він.
