Спикер Верховной Рады Украины Владимир Гройсман сегодня, 26 января 2016 года, подписал закон о перевыборах мэра в Кривом Роге. Об этом Гройсман сообщил на своей странице в Facebook.

"Итак, я сдержал слово. Постановление об отмене результатов голосования за закон о выборах в Кривом Роге сегодня было рассмотрено первым вопросом и необходимого количества голосов не набрало. После этого я получил законное право подписать этот закон, безотлагательно и сделал", - написал он.

Напомним, ранее сообщалось, что Верховная Рада Украины не поддержала отмену проведения внеочередных выборов городского главы Кривого Рога 27 марта 2016 года.Соответствующий проект постановления №3613 в целом поддержали 40 нардепов при минимально необходимых 226.

"Проектом, согласно статье 48 Регламента, предлагается отменить решение Верховной Рады Украины от 23 декабря 2015 года о принятии в целом как закон проекта Закона Украины о проведении внеочередных выборов Криворожского городского головы (регистрационный номер 3613) как такое, что принято с грубым нарушением требований Конституции Украины и Регламента Верховной Рады Украины", - сказано в пояснительной записке.
