На Чернігівщині в одному з пунктів пропуску на кордоні з Росією під час проведення прикордонно-митного оформлення до представників Державної прикордонної служби України звернувся громадянин Російської Федерації, який попросив для себе та своєї сім’ї політичного притулку на території нашої держави, про це повідомляє прес-служба.
Чоловік пояснив, що таке рішення він разом з сім’єю прийняли у зв’язку з переслідуванням на території Росії.
Під час фільтраційних заходів, які проводилися спільно зі співробітниками СБУ, було встановлено, що даний громадянин на території Росії неодноразово притягувався до кримінальної відповідальності через критику існуючої влади. У ході слідства неодноразово відбувались обшуки. В 2014 році після початку війни на сході України чоловік не припиняв критикувати дії керівництва Росії, через що було відкрито нову кримінальну справу.
Постійні переслідування змусили росіянина залишити територію Російської Федерації. В даний час його разом з сім’єю пропущено через кордон та направлено до міграційної служби.
