В ночь на 17 марта пророссийский блогер и журналист Грэм Филлипс, задержанный во время мероприятий у памятника Свободы, был выдворен в Россию. Как пояснил глава МВД Латвии Рихардс Козловский, Филлипс также включен в "черный список", пишет Delfi.
 
 

Министр подчеркнул, что Филлипс является гражданином Евросоюза, поэтому въезд в Латвию ему запрещен на 3 года. Принимая во внимание тот факт, что Филлипс прибыл на территорию Латвии на автомобиле, правоохранительные органы ЛР не могли его выдворить именно в Великобританию. Именно поэтому его отправили в Россию, которая согласилась его принять.

Решение о внесении Филлипса в "черный список" принял министр внутренних дел Латвии Козловский на основании заключения Полиции безопасности. Таким образом, это решение является не политическим, а административным актом.
