Генпрокуратура відкрила кримінальне провадження щодо дій депутата "Опозиційного блоку" Юлії Льовочкіної, а також колишніх депутатів-регіоналів Андрія Кравця та Юлії Ковалевської.

Про це йдеться у відповіді Генпрокуратури на запит депутата Сергія Лещенка, яку він оприлюднив у своєму блозі  на УП.

Йдеться про використання службових повноважень для зарахування помічниками депутатів-регіоналів коханки Януковича, колишньої офіціантки Любові Полєжай та її рідної сестри Надії Марінцевої.

"23.04.2015 управлінням сперозслідувань Головного слідчого управління ГПУ до єдиного реєстру досудових розслідувань внесено відомості про вчинення кримінального правопорушення, передбаченого  ч 3 ст 191 КК за фактом заволодіння чужим майном шляхом зловживань службовою особою своїм службовим становищем за попередньо змовою групою осіб", - сказано у відповіді.

"Питання правомірності зарахування Полєжай та Марінцевої на посади помічників-консультантів народних депутатів та отримання ними матеріальних виплат будуть перевірені під час досудового розслідування", - додали у відповіді.

Як стверджує Лещенко, Полєжай – колишня офіціантка Кабінету міністрів, яка обслуговувала Януковича за часів його роботи прем'єр-міністром, яка звільнилася з Кабміну, приблизно тоді ж і він сам втратив посаду.

"Але, бути просто безробітною вона не могла, тому коханку Януковича оформили помічницею народного депутата від Партії регіонів Юлії Льовочкіної – в штат Верховної Ради", - написав він.

"Полєжай увійшла в найближче оточення Януковича не сама – в неї ще була рідна сестра Надія Марінцева, яка була головним кухарем Януковича. Але, щоб мати привілейоване становище, пільги державної служби та солідну пенсію, Марінцеву також влаштували у штат Верховної Ради на ту ж посаду помічника народного депутата. Спочатку вона "допомагала" близькому до Льовочкіна нардепу Андрію Кравцю (майбутньому керівнику Державного управління справами президента Януковича), а потім – депутату від ПР Юлії Ковалевській", - повідомив Лещенко.

"Сама Ковалевська якось зізналася мені, що жодного разу Марінцеву не бачила, жодних доручень їй не давала, а оформила помічницею її на прохання людей Януковича", - додав він.

"Перебуваючи в штаті Верховної Ради як помічники депутатів Юлії Льовочкіної, Андрія Кравця та Юлії Ковалевської, коханка Януковича та його сестра не виконували жодних повноважень як помічники депутатів. А цим трьом депутатам, які взяли на посади штатних помічників цих "фіктивних" працівниць та надали їм державне забезпечення, інкримінують злочини за статтею 191 "розтрата майна шляхом зловживання службовим становищем", - наголосив Лещенко.
