Корпорация Google запретила своим неключевым американским сотрудникам приезжать в Россию без специального разрешения юридического департамента компании. Об этом сообщает издание Firrma со ссылкой на соответствующее письмо главного евангелиста образования Google Джейми Касапа, которое он направил российским организаторам одного из IT-мероприятий этой осенью.

"К сожалению, у меня очень плохие новости. Я только что был проинформирован юридическим отделом Google, что не могу принять это приглашение (приехать на конференцию – ред). Они не могут дать мне необходимое одобрение на эту поездку. Все неключевые сотрудники Google не могут ехать в Россию без письменного разрешения юрдепартамента. Видимо, это связанно с некоторыми правовыми действиями со стороны правительства России против Google, которые вызывают озабоченность компании", – говорится в письме.

Напомним, в августе Федеральная антимонопольная служба России оштрафовала Google на 438 миллионов рублей. Американскую компанию по жалобе "Яндекса" признали виновной в нарушении закона о защите конкуренции на рынке предустановленных мобильных приложений в РФ.
