Коли буде запущено новий сервіс і як він буде називатися, поки невідомо. Представник Google від коментарів відмовилася.

Керує розробкою ветеран компанії Нік Фокс, який, за даними спеціалізованого порталу the Information, нещодавно став віце-президентом по комунікаційних продуктам.

У жовтні, за даними джерел WSJ, він намагався купити стартап по створенню чатбот 200 Labs Inc., але компанія відхилила його пропозицію.
