Нардепа Олексія Гончаренка звільнили в Росії, в понеділок буде суд за адміністративним  правопорушенням.

Про це він розповів в коментарі "Українській правді".

"Мене випустили тільки що. Завтра суд", - сказав він у коментарі о 20:51.

За словами Олексія, його звинувачують у непокорі органам влади.

"Хоча я жодної непокори не чинив", - сказав він.

За словами Гончаренка, вже після затримання його били. Він просив викликати лікаря, однак це так і не було зроблено.

"Мені підсовували якісь протоколи, залякували мене, що вже ніколи не вийду, що мені тут не Майдан, і що у тієї людини, яка зі мною говорила, мозоль від курка на пальці", - розповів Гончаренко.

"Я не знаю, хто це був. Їх було чоловік 15. Був один фсбшник, поліція була. Вони всі були в цивільному", - сказав він.

Відповідаючи на питання, чи ставили йому питання по Одесі, Гончаренко відповів: "Один з них мені говорив, що хочуть з'ясувати питання моєї причетності до подій 2 травня  в Одесі. Більше жодних питань не було".

"Коли ще мене волокли у відділення, якась група активістів переслідувала нас і кричала, що це душитель Одеси", - сказав Гончаренко.

Він уточнив, що судове засідання відбудеться у понеділок о 15 годині по Москві.

Стаття передбачає штраф в 1000 рублів або 15 діб адмінарешту.

Після звільнення Гончаренка доправили у посольство Україні в РФ.

Як відомо, Гончаренко був затриманий під час траурної ходи на пам'ять Бориса Нємцова, яка проходить у центрі Москви.
