Главный редактор интернет-издания "Страна.ua" Игорь Гужва задержан за вымогательство. Об этом проинформировал на своей странице в Facebook Генеральный прокурор Украины Юрий Луценко.

По словам главы ГПУ, Гужва требовал 10 тысяч долларов за неразмещение компроментирующих материалов.

"По материалам ГФС и прокуратуры г. Киева полицией задержан Игорь Гужва, который требовал и получил 10 тысяч долларов за неразмещение компроментирующих материалов на действующего политика", - отметил Луценко.

Глава ГПУ уточнил, что у следствия имеются видео- и аудиодоказательства.

Ранее сегодня заместитель главного редактора Светалана Крюкова сообщила об обысках в редакции. Сначала Крюкова проинформировала, что обыски проводят сотрудники Службы безопасности Украины, но впоследствии уточнила, что в редакцию пришли сотрудники полиции.
