На заседании фракции Слуги народа могут рассмотреть вопрос об исключении нардепа Александра Дубинского, однако нужное количество голосов, скорее всего, не найдется.

Об этом Нового времени сообщил источник в руководстве Слуги народа.

В Слуге народа намерены заслушать позицию Дубинского по обвинениям Офиса генпрокурора в уклонении от уплаты налогов и легализации средств, полученных преступным путем.

По словам собеседника, Дубинский объяснится перед коллегами на следующем заседании фракции, однако вряд ли ему грозит исключение.

 

«Большинство мажоритарщиков не поддержат такого рода санкции против Дубинского», — объяснил источник НВ.

Дата заседания фракции Слуги народа еще определена.

Офис генпрокурора открыл против нардепа от Слуги народа Александра Дубинского уголовные производства по статьям уклонение от уплаты налогов и легализация (отмывание) доходов, полученных преступным путем.

11 января Министерство финансов США внесло в санкционный список нардепа от Слуги народа Александра Дубинского, экс-нардепа Александра Онищенко и пятерых соратников народного депутата Андрея Деркача.

В Минфине объяснили, что они были частью российской сети внешнего влияния, связанной с Андреем Деркачем. Последнего Вашингтон считает активным российским агентом. Санкции против Деркача были введены еще в 2020 году.

В разгар президентской гонки в США Андрей Деркач обнародовал записи, на которых, как он утверждает, записаны переговоры пятого президента Петра Порошенко с бывшим вице-президентом США Джо Байденом, а также с президентом РФ Владимиром Путиным.

Дубинский и Деркач на совместной пресс-конференции заявили о необходимости расследования якобы коррупции Джо Байдена. Они инициировали создание временной следственной комиссии в Верховной Раде относительно «пленок Деркача».
