Facebook сообщила на странице Центра ресурсов бренда, что ставшие популярными голосования в прямом эфире с помощью реакций теперь запрещены. Соцсеть ввела ряд ограничений, нарушение которых может привести к удалению материалов и блокировке сообщества.
Пример Live-голосования
В сообщении компании говорится, что при использовании реакций необходимо следовать руководству соцсети. Со значками можно работать только в контексте функциональности Facebook, то есть тогда, когда они автоматически появляются под публикациями. Компания запрещает использовать реакции для голосований и мотивировать аудиторию нажимать только на определенные значки (например, администратор сообщества не может написать «Нажмите wow, чтобы собака прыгнула»).
Представители соцсети напоминают, что истинное назначение этих иконок — позволить аудитории искренне реагировать на публикацию.
Также компания запретила:
Изменять существующие реакции, например, с помощью нового дизайна, масштаба или цвета.Использовать значки как отдельные эмотиконы. «Не "ломайте" коллекцию и не отбирайте реакции в качестве индивидуальных иконок», — пишет соцсеть.Создавать или анимировать физические объекты в форме реакций.Использовать альтернативные или кастомизированные реакции в качестве замены существующих значков или дополнения к ним.Кроме этого, соцсеть обозначила правила для коммерческого использования реакций на сторонних площадках. Если компания хочет ввести иконки в ролик, фильм или показать на телевидении, ей необходимо получить разрешение от соцсети. Для этого нужно продемонстрировать окончательный вариант того, как будут показаны иконки, прислать подробный рассказ о рекламе, фильме или программе, поделиться описанием сцены с реакциями и при необходимости перевести материалы на английский язык.
