Американку з іменем Айсіс Анчан, англійської воно збігається із абревіатурою ISIS (колишня назва угрупування "Ісламська держава"), заблокувала соціальна мережа Facebook.

Як повідомляє агентство Reuters, пізніше представники компанії заявили, що помилково заблокували користувача Айсіс Анчан, повідомляє ТСН

Анчан, розробник комп'ютерних програм з Сан-Франциско, в понеділок опублікувала скріншот своєї сторінки в соціальній мережі Facebook, на якій написано "Акаунт заблоковано".
"Чому ви заблокували мій аккаунт? Мене дійсно звуть Айсіс Анчан", - написала жінка на сторінці Facebook в соціальній мережі Twitter.

За її словами, вона три рази відправляла Facebook свої особисті дані, щоб вирішити проблему.
"Facebook вважає, що я є терористом. Відправка їм скріншота мого паспорта не достатня для розблокування мого аккаунта", - написала Анчан на своїй сторінці в Twitter.

У вівторок представник Facebook відповів Анчан що її акаунт розблокований. "Це була помилка, допущена в рамках аналізу фіктивних акаунтів. Це не пов'язано з ім'ям користувача і її акаунт був уже відновлений", - відповіли у компанії.
