Facebook заблокував, а потім відновив акаунт жителя містечка Норт-Поул (Північний полюс) на Алясці, оскільки менеджери соцмережі не повірили, що його володар дійсно живе в такому населеному пункті і носить ім'я Санта Клаус.

Як повідомляє місцева газета Fairbanks Daily News-Miner, Клаус, який входить в муніципальний рада Норт-Поула, заявив, що йому не надавали пояснень з приводу блокування облікового запису.

Клаус змушений був надати різні документи, що підтверджують його особу для того, щоб відновити свою сторінку.

Відзначається, що житель Аляски надав водійські права і наказ про призначення в міську раду Норт-Поула.

Представник Facebook вибачилася за блокування облікового запису і повідомила, що це сталося помилково.
