Позафракційний депутат Максим Микитась входить у склад депутатської групи "Воля народу".

Про це "Українській правді" повідомив глава групи Ярослав Москаленко.

За його словами, Микитась уже написав відповідну заяву про вступ.

"Заяву він уже підписав, вона у мене. Сьогодні її занесено голові парламенту", – розповів Москаленко.

Як повідомлялося, у серпні 2017 року Микитась задекларував купівлю Land Rover Range Rover (L405) 2017 року випуску за 5 151 911 гривень і ще компектуючі до цього авта на майже 100 тисяч гривень.

Як відомо, самовисуванець Максим Микитась зайшов у Раду в 2016 році після проміжних виборів в одномандатному окрузі №206 у Чернігові.

На окрузі його неформально підтримувало БПП.

Президент "Укрбуду" Микитась має доволі скандальне реноме, пов'язане з незаконним будівництвом в Києві – то на основі рішень кримських судів, то в зеленій зоні на березі Дніпра.

Один із протестів проти незаконної забудови навіть закінчився стріляниною.

З червня 2014 по жовтень 2015 року Микитась був депутатом Київської міської ради в складі фракції "УДАР-Солідарність".

Як повідомлялося, на погоджувальній раді 4 вересня 2017 року Ярослав Москаленко заявив, що його група "Воля народу" продовжує існувати і до середи він передасть спікеру заяви тих, хто приєднався до неї.

У червні голова Верховної Ради Андрій Парубій наголошував, що депутатська група "Воля народу" ще має час поповнити свій склад, щоб уникнути розпуску.
