С 1 января 2015 г. Киев не выдал ни одного разрешения на размещение наружной рекламы. В том числе и тем операторам, у которых закончились разрешения на аренду.

Результат: инспекция центральных районов города (1 и 2 зона), которую провели депутаты фракции Демальянс, выявила 20 тысяч квадратных метров наружной рекламы, размещенной нелегально или с нарушениями законодательства,пишет Sostav

При этом электронная база данных объектов наружной рекламы в Киеве отсутствует, а результаты официальной инспекции, проведенной в августе – октябре 2014 года, так и не обнародованы. (сайт и вовсе закрыли «на обновление»).

Что наталкивает на мысль об очередной попытке передела рынка.

Поэтому 12.03 в Киевсовете зарегистрирован проект решения о создании Временной контрольной комиссии по проверке КМДА и профильных КП в сфере наружной рекламы. В комиссию, помимо Демальянса, войдут депутаты от Демократической партии, Радикальной партии, Родины, Самопомочи, Свободы и ряд внефракционных депутатов.

Проект будет выноситься, как неотложный для рассмотрения на пленарном заседании 19 марта.

Задача – создание благоприятных условий для развития конкурентного рынка наружной рекламы с понятными и одинаковыми для всех правилам.
