Центрвиборчком на прохання Радикальної партії Олега Ляшка виключив з її виборчого списку на парламентських виборах 26 жовтня 2014 року 10 кандидатів у депутати Верховної Ради.

Таке рішення було прийнято на засіданні ЦВК у понеділок, передають Українські новини.

Ці кандидати в депутати Ради в загальнодержавному багатомандатному виборчому окрузі виключені зі списку РП за рішенням 13-го з'їзду партії, що відбувся 11 грудня.

Зокрема, зі списку виключені: Андрій Філоненко (№31 у списку), Владислав Мочернюк (№41), Денис Русак (№45), Юрій Ширай (№63), Віктор Смалій (№65), Ірина Гусак (№73), Олексій Пристай (№84), Андрій Карпенко (№89), Тарас Присяжнюк (№116) та Лілія Ричкіна (№119).

Як відомо, законопроект №3700, який дозволяє партіям виключати зі своїх списків кандидатів у нардепи вже після виборів, Рада прийняла 16 лютого після 20 провальних голосувань. 25 лютого Порошенко його підписав.
