ЦВК визнала обраними 64 депутата Верховної Ради, включених у виборчий список "Народного фронту", 63 - "Блоку Петра Порошенка", 32 - "Об'єднання "Самопоміч", 27 - "Опозиційного блоку", 22 - Радикальної партії Олега Ляшка та 17 - "Всеукраїнського об'єднання "Батьківщина".

Відповідний протокол про підсумки позачергових парламентських виборів в загальнодержавному багатомандатному виборчому окрузі був підписаний на засіданні ЦВК,пише Українська правда

При цьому заступник голови Центрвиборчкому Жанна Усенко-Чорна підписала протокол з окремою думкою.

Решта партій, які брали участь у виборах на загальнодержавному округу, набрали менше 5% голосів і не отримали права участі в розподілі мандатів.

Виборча квота (кількість голосів виборців, що виявилася необхідною для отримання одного депутатського мандата) склала 54262 голосів.

Згідно із законодавством, ЦВК не пізніше ніж на 5-й день після встановлення результатів виборів має офіційно оприлюднити їх в парламентській газеті "Голос України" і урядовій газеті "Урядовий кур'єр".

Після офіційного оприлюднення результатів виборів обрані парламентарії протягом 20 днів повинні надати Центрвиборчкому документ про звільнення з посади, несумісної з депутатським мандатом.

Після цього ЦВК реєструє обраних депутатів, а не пізніше ніж на 7-й день після прийняття присяги парламентарієм комісія видає їм посвідчення і нагрудний знак.

Як відомо, позачергові вибори Ради відбулися 26 жовтня. Таким чином за мажоритарною складовою буде обрано 198 депутатів (в 9 округах Донецької та 6 округах Луганської області вибори не відбулися через проведення в регіоні антитерористичної операції, а в 12 округах Криму не були організовані у зв'язку з окупацією цієї території Росією), а всього в парламент 8-го скликання зможе пройти 423 депутата.

ЦВК прогнозує отримання 132 депутатських мандатів партією "Блок Петра Порошенка", 82 - "Народним фронтом", 33 - "Самопоміч", 29 - "Опозиційним блоком", 22 - Радикальною партією, 19 - "Батьківщиною", 6 - "Всеукраїнським об'єднанням "Свобода" і по 1 - Партією Сергія Тігіпка "Сильна Україна", "Всеукраїнським аграрним об'єднанням "Заступ", "Правим сектором" і "Волею".
